VersionSQL Professional: Licenses are purchased by you, for you. A company cannot purchase the license or reimburse you for it. You may use it at home, work, etc. The license goes with you and is not transferable to anyone else.
VersionSQL Business: Licenses are purchased by a company for its employees and/or contractors. Assignable to one user per paid license and can be transferred within the same company.
