VersionSQL menu missing in SSMS 21/22

Access is denied

Authorization canceled operation

Cannot connect to database when it is paused

Cannot push because a reference that you are trying to update on the remote contains commits that are not present locally

Right-click the object you want to merge in the Object Explorer. In the context menu, select VersionSQL -> Merge Latest from Repo. VersionSQL will launch the configured merge tool and open the result of the merge in a new query window.
